Refund policy
We have an immediate 2-day return policy on all imported charms, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items may differ to actual picture.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lucicharmbar@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided and the courier cost is for the buyers account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards / offers
- Earrings that have been removed from their packaging
- Items that have been worn or have been broken due to mishandling by the purchaser.
- Cord twisted into sterling silver metal bracelets- hygiene reasons
- Any item that is returned more than two days after delivery.
- Plated items.
- Cord wrapped items.
- Enamel
- Murano or any form of stone chips and peeling
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental loss or damage, including plating, any stones on items
- Lost cubic zirconias or any other stones
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or improper use. See our product care instructions.
- Oxidation or chemical damage.
- Water damage - fade & tarnishing- use of lotions, perfumes, chemicals and natural body odor
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or offers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- items with obvious signs of use
- items that have been removed from packaging/opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than two days after delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Limited Warranty
All purchases are covered by the following warranty:
Satisfaction Guarantee (2 Days)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 2 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Purchaser will cover the return shipping costs for returns.
Manufacturer Defect Warranty (30 Days)
All products are covered against manufacturer defects for a period of 30 Days from the date of receipt.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
LCCB will, at its discretion, replace, or provide a gift certificate for the defective item. The customer may choose their preferred remedy after a profesional assessment has been done by LCCB.
Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:
Plated items.
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental loss or damage.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or improper use. See our product care instructions.
Oxidation or chemical damage.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product.
NO-GUARANTEE WARRANTY TERMS – GOLD & ROSE GOLD PLATED ITEMS
These terms apply to all gold-plated and rose gold-plated jewellery items sold.
1. Nature of Plating
Gold and rose gold plating is a surface finish applied over a base metal. This layer is not permanent and will naturally wear over time depending on use, care, and environmental exposure.
2. No Guarantee on Plating Longevity
Due to the nature of plated jewellery, no guarantee or warranty is provided on the lifespan of the plating. Fading, tarnishing, or wearing off of the plated layer is considered normal wear and tear.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following are not covered under any warranty or return policy:
- Discolouration or fading of plating
- Scratches, dents, or surface wear
- Damage caused by water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or chemicals
- Improper storage or handling
4. Care Responsibility
The customer is responsible for proper care of plated items. To extend the life of the plating, it is recommended to:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
- Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Store items in a dry, soft-lined container
5. Industry Standard Reference
These terms are aligned with general industry practices followed by leading jewellery brands such as Pandora, where plating wear is not covered under warranty due to its natural and expected deterioration over time.
6. Manufacturing Defects
Only clear manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, broken links upon purchase) may be considered for repair or replacement at the seller’s discretion, provided the item has not been worn or misused.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing gold or rose gold plated items, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Plating will wear over time
- No guarantee is provided on plating durability
- Proper care is required to prolong appearance
8. Final Decision
All assessments regarding defects or damage remain at the sole discretion of the seller.

- Include a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect.
- We will respond to your claim within 2 business days.
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the return shipping of the defective item.
Special Orders, and Bulk Orders:
Special orders, and bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. If defective, they are covered under the 30 Daya Manufacturer Defect Warranty.
