Shipping within South Africa

LCCB offers convenient door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

Shipping Rates:

A flat rate of R59 - R79 is charged per order.
FREE shipping is available for orders over R1500.

Courier Service:

We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other reputable courier services when necessary.

Delivery Time frames:

Order Processing:

Orders for in-stock items placed before 1 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Pre-Order Policy 

Please Note: By placing a pre-order, you agree to our lead times and process. All pre-order items are processed once per month, at month-end. 

All pre-order items are to be paid once order has been placed.

Example: A pre-order placed on 07 July 2025 will be included in the batch order scheduled for 28 July 2025. 

Estimated Timeline: After the order is placed with our supplier, stock arrival takes approximately 12–15 working days. 

Once the items have arrived and been quality-checked, your order will be shipped immediately thereafter. We appreciate your patience and understanding — beautiful things are worth the wait! 

Delivery Transit:

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note these are estimated timeframes. While we strive to meet these delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volume, courier mishaps) may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Remote Areas:

For extremely remote areas (e.g., farms), courier services might not be available.  We will then contact you directly to discuss delivery options in such cases.
